Returns & Refunds

At QuietQulture Kids™, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What We Accept
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@quietqulturekids.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.

Resolution
Once reviewed, we’ll provide either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Important

  • Do not return items without contacting us first
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Sizing
Please review the size guide before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
